The joy of the Lord is our strength!
Today while I was getting ready for the day my mind was flooded with thoughts about the rapture of believers and what that might mean to me at this point in my life.
I was overwhelmed by joy and encouragement from the Holy Spirit and wanted to try to put into words what I was experiencing with the thought that it may be a source of encouragement for you as well.
The book of Nehemiah teaches us that the Children of Israel recognized their sin on a national level and then rejoiced over what God was doing. Imagine being in exile for all those years in Babylon and coming home and witnessing the rebuilding of the walls of Jerusalem and the city.
In a way we are living in a "type" of exile, sojourners, waiting for the Lord to call us to Himself. Can we grasp the great joy and emotion we will feel when that day comes? When Yeshua commands the trumpet (shofar) to blow and He steps out into the clouds of our atmosphere and we hear our Saviors voice and the command, "come up here!" what a day that will be.
Nehemiah 8:5-12; And Ezra opened the book in the sight of all the people, for he was standing above all the people; and when he opened it, all the people stood up. 6 And Ezra blessed the Lord, the great God. Then all the people answered, "Amen, Amen!" while lifting up their hands. And they bowed their heads and worshiped the Lord with their faces to the ground. 7 Also Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodijah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, and the Levites, helped the people to understand the Law; and the people stood in their place. 8 So they read distinctly from the book, in the Law of God; and they gave the sense, and helped them to understand the reading. 9 And Nehemiah, who was the governor, Ezra the priest and scribe, and the Levites who taught the people said to all the people, "This day is holy to the Lord your God; do not mourn nor weep." For all the people wept, when they heard the words of the Law. 10 Then he said to them, "Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not sorrow, for the joy of the Lord is your strength." 11 So the Levites quieted all the people, saying, "Be still, for the day is holy; do not be grieved." 12 And all the people went their way to eat and drink, to send portions and rejoice greatly, because they understood the words that were declared to them.
I hope you find the video encouraging and uplifting to your soul!

'But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet and the people are not warned, and a sword comes and takes a person from them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require from the watchman's hand.' Ezekiel 33:6
But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. 1Thessalonians 5:1-6
“My hand will be against the prophets who see false visions and utter lying divinations. They will not belong to the council of my people or be listed in the records of the house of Israel, nor will they enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the Sovereign LORD. Because they lead my people astray, saying, ‘Peace,’ when there is no peace …” Ezekiel 13:9-10
Thank You Bro. Steph. I was truly Blessed, and I pray that all who have seen and heard this song will be a witness, that when "HE" touched me something wonderful happened. GOD Bless, and a part of my prayers is that will continue to use you and your family greatly.
