Today in church I was inspired to share this thought with you based on John 14:1 when our Lord helped us to understand that in fact we can control fear and the feelings of being troubled if we apply His solution. Yeshua's solution is simple when you think about it and at the same time very powerful.
All we need to do is apply what the Lord shared with us in John 14:1.
I think we struggle at times because we fail to apply His solutions for us. I wonder if we struggle unnecessarily because of our refusal, at times, to not obey His advise?
John 14:1: "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me.

'But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet and the people are not warned, and a sword comes and takes a person from them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require from the watchman's hand.' Ezekiel 33:6
But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. 1Thessalonians 5:1-6
“My hand will be against the prophets who see false visions and utter lying divinations. They will not belong to the council of my people or be listed in the records of the house of Israel, nor will they enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the Sovereign LORD. Because they lead my people astray, saying, ‘Peace,’ when there is no peace …” Ezekiel 13:9-10
